I've just heard that we've also had to pay for a new lock in the upstairs french windows as they have broken the key in it and they have broken the iron gates which lead to the pool.....just gets better eh?
I feel really sorry for our neighbours.
I will be taking 4 children out with me on 20th Aug, they will behave because that's the way they've been brought up..........well, the 2 that are ours anyway. I'd be mortified if I thought for ONE MINUTE that they'd been running riot!

Lisa your villa looks lovely. Still cant believe how somebody can be so selfish and disrespectful to treat it like trash. Hope you manage to get in touch with the culprits.

I deal with about 12 villas and have never seen anything like that, although to be fair, most of them are rented out directly by the UK owners to people they know, the ones that aren't are checked mid-week by the British agents involved. The type of thing you describe would be enough for a lynching party

lisa this sort of thing always makes me mad how do they live at home!if I were you have a strong word with paphos lettings and see if they could do a security visit to your property mid lettings to make sure thier clients are treating your home with respect if it was a package holiday they would be thrown out of the hotel even on 18/30 hols, there are plenty of letting agents I am sure would be prepared to do this for as you say high commission that is charged, if not have a word with neighbour's to give you a ring when trouble occurs
Cabbie all our villas and aprtments are rented from the UK and all the problems we get regularly are from this sector, all or most of our Villas are in the £1000 a week rentals and this is where the worst problems come from...the top of the range ''clients'' I am glad I don't own one..even if I could afford too..
Lisa, what a beautiful villa,you have done it up so lovely,can't believe someone would want to do such horrid things to it.I really can't imagine the sight your friends would have faced.
