I'm in the debbiexenia which I could see from the apartment I used to stay in.

My parents may be moving to Cyprus in the new year so I may get short breaks there during the year as well.

pubdog...ive booked sun 6th may for 2 weeks..we always get 2 weeks for price of 1 on may at the TOXOTIS hotel..also its our 2nd anniversary on the 7th may..we got married in Cyprus so we go back for our anniversary...

Don't want to use all my holidays from work too early.

Just to let you all know that I have now e-mailed Yvonne and Barry at the Phoenix to advise them of the meet up. I have asked if a table can be reserved for us.

I'll set up the rest when I get there.

I may put something on the table so you all know where to come to.

I have a feeling you may not havea problem anyway though.

Drat Hev! Libra seem to have taken flights from Glasgow off their programme!!

May would have been a nice surprise for hubby's birthday, oh well!

Jinty...ive just been on the thomas cook web site..there doing flights to glasgow.. 7th may for 14 nights to debbiexenia for £185...def flying from glasgow...thats a good price..hope it helps

They also said they can't wait to see me so they can thank me properly for the website etc. They said a lot of people have been in after my recommendations and because of the website so i'm chuffed to bits for them as they are such a lovely couple.

Can you please say hi to Barry & Yvonne from Claire, John and young Gary, the 3 Scots who frequented the Phoenix in May when it first re-opened. We will not be back in Cyprus for a few months and probably back to the West coast but will most definitely make the journey through for one of those fab. breakfasts. in short and understandable as I've been here for a few days and I've found the pubs serve beer.......

give me the details, day, date, time, who's on...etc.. how we can tell who's who etc etc etc.. of the Pernera Meet up ?

I think I've spotted half of you swaning around taking photos of pubs and bars already... :lol:

Ok unless there are any late changes the meet up has now been agreed.

Involved will be me (Cardiff Lad on HT) Pubdog and partner, Hevleigh and partner, Amber and partner, Martin and possibly wife and two children. That makes 11 at the moment which makes a nice little group.

Time: 7.30PM.

Date: Thursday 28th September 2006.

Location: Phoenix bar and grill, Pernera, Cyprus.

As the Phoenix is mainly a restaurant type bar the main reason is so that we can talk and drink Keo at the same time. If anybody wants tocvarry on and go somewhere more lively afterwards we can. We can stay in Pernera or even get taxis to the strip. We can see how things go, it'll just be good to meet up with some online friends and have a good natter and drink together.
