The Maraverde complex has been a bit of dump for some time, however a lot of money has been spent over the last couple of years & it has improved. Most (if not all) the apartments are now owned privately & a lot have been done up to rent out.
Excellent location, where have you seen the apt advertised?

i have tried to look for the best price, i have found a few with holidayrentals, ownersdirect and tenerife temptations, i am looking for something quite cheap as a last minute break but nothing dire!! i dont want to end up wishing i hadnt bothered!!??
