I like the look of the Valentin Star Hotel and it seems to have all positive reviews. Worried about some rooms being near the stage where the evening entertainment is held until 11.30 (which is too late for us as will have an 11 month old by then). Would we be better on the road side? (though read there's a 'Shamrock bar?' where the music is even noisier and goes on even later! Please help...
