I think...... on the same side as the Victor Exotica but a bit more towards Kinfisher Villa, up a small side road but only about 100 yds off the main road.
Just had a look on my maps that I have colllected but it is not on them so am relying on memory only.

Its up the road directly opposite the Casa Seashell, the same road the prazeres is on but its on the left. There is a mosque very close by which can be very noisy as we found out when we stayed at the Casa Seashell.

That mosque is actually a Hindu Temple.

It's about 150 yards up the Panjim road, left hand side before you reach Prazeres, the road can be a bit busy at times.
Just past Shantadurga Temple, you turn up a lane.
We had a pool room and didn't hear any noise from the road (or temple).
