Hi we are going to Malta for my 40th birthday in May, have been loads of times but have never been on a Valletta harbour cruise which is something I have always wanted to do. My other half gets terrible sea sickness but for my birthday he is prepared to sacrifice himself to the sea. Can anyone recommend a good harbour cruise they have been on, I know Captain Morgan will do them, does anyone else have you done it and thought it was good and can you also recommend one that carries sick buckets (joke!!)
Thank you
Moo
Hello moo, yes Captain Morgan do, do the best harbour cruise but they are only at sea for a few minutes as they go from one harbour to the next. The water in both harbours are like lakes so the other half should be alright, the trip itself goes round all the bays inside the harbours and gives a great veiw of all the battlements and boat yards, and as for a bucket if you get on the boat handy you can sit next to the side of the boat just in case, but sit at the back as you know what they say on a boat, never spit into the wind
There are a few companies operating Grand Harbour cruises, you board the boats in Sliema and tickets can be purchased as you board, it is very smooth so there should be no problem with sea sickness
as you know what they say on a boat, never spit into the wind
Or launch any other kind of liquid for that matter
