My wife's a veggie too and we had no problems at all. We probably went to around five different restaurants in different areas and all served vegetarian.

Also bought veggie food from the Bibit vans without any complaints (from her).

Hey there rhian, most pasta dishes will not have egg unless its egg pasta which it often isnt.
A lot of italian food is vegetarian so you will have no problemsa at all.

I managed 24 hours in Venice as a vegan! Yes most pasta is egg free esp the spaghetti. Veggie pizza fine too.

There are lots of vegetable dishes cooked in olive oil and salads.

Its hard avoiding cheese but if your veggie thats ok - but parmasen has animal rennett in!

Do try the ice cream or sorbet - very yummy!
