Hi sam i know its not P & O but have a look on the Thomson web site at 'ports of call' most of yours are on.
We did most of them last year and there are so many places to see we are going again this year. All the ports are nice and clean not like in the Med.
Barbados we walked into Bridgetown and caught a trike back
St Kitts i think we did the train ride across the sugar plantation
Tortola you can catch a small open 'bus' for trips round the island and the sail out past all the other islands is fantastic
St Martaan we did beach and shopping its a water taxi away i think 6$ ret great beach dont pay the first price asked for beach bed!!!
Dominica we just walked down to the beach about 1/2 hr but you may dock at a diff place?
St Lucia has to be the rain forest
You will have a great time with lots to do and see
