Really sorry and my thoughts are with your family!
Along with the rest of the HT team I am still trying to come to terms with the fact that Dave is no longer with us. If he is watching us now I'm sure he will be very moved with all the posts here. It's a very fitting tribute to him. Dave is going to be sorely missed.
