when trying to upload a video I keep getting the message "The extension mswmm is not allowed" Has anybody any idea what this means

Have you tried converting the video to a .wmv format?

At a pure guess, Micro soft windows movie maker? ...maybe?

EDIT:

Once uploaded we will amend the file format if it is not in the required format.

We are curently amendin mp4 as well as 3gp but you should be able to upload in a different format if you like and we can convert.

We are currently using wmv on the site as the converted preferred file type.
