Villa or Apartment in Protaras

Hi my Nephew is getting married at the Sunrise Hotel in August 2009 so I am starting an early search for an Apartment or Villa (at least two bedrooms) as close as possible to the Hotel.
I have identified one possibility from Owners Direct but was wondering if anyone else had any other good sites/links.
Also any ideas on cheap flights from Newcastle and when you expect the 2009 flights to come out.

I know there are flights available for August 2009 , on http://www.cosmos.co.uk not to sure about from newcastle though

Just to clarify - which Sunrise are you at?
I guess it's Sunrise Beach, but there are the Sandra and the Brilliant that are also part of the Sunrise Chain, also in Protaras.

As location is so important, please check and double-check with any potential rental owner. There are several apartments advertised as Protaras when they are, in reality, in Kapparis... some four miles away.
Just google for [protaras apartment rental] (without brackets) and the main rental listing sites are on the first page.
