As regular travellers to Morjim area, we are looking for an Apt/Villa for 3 of us in that area. Prefer North Baga/Arpora/Siolim or if possible as near to Morjim as possible.
My son wants a pool to lounge around (but not every day). This would be for 2-3 weeks in Feb.
Last time we stayed there, Feb, there was talk of a few new properties going up, been on Lazy days site and there is very little yet.
Any ideas please.

hi, the village is called bagh bondir it is in tuem, pernem.
How much would one normally pay a month for a villa?
regards phil.
Prices are 15 - 20% higher this season... On occasion you might find a good 1 bedroomed apartment for 6000 Rs/- a month, a two bedroomed for 8000 Rs/-, but they're more likely to be 2,000 Rs/- more per month (long term (4+ months)), Christmas is terrible, prices rocket and the locals love making a killing... I would not pay more than 20,000 a month over here, they're just taking the p*ss... (unless it's a big place....), this year we've found a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath house with palm trees and self contained garden, kitchen, living room etc for around 10,000..... about 15 mins walk from the beach in Calangute...
