Does anyone know the exact location of this hotel? I think it was formally the ocean beach but i can't find it on my map. just want to know if it is within walking distance of Veronicas. Thanks.

Next door to ocean park opposite Laguna park 1, about 10 to 15 minutes walk to Veronicas depending on your pace
