hi please have a look at this link, we stayed in this Villa last year and am going agin this year, The Villa is spotless , the views from the garden are stunning and the pool great, it has everything you need. the rooms are spacious and the room with en-suite was lovley to sleep in. the BBQ and pool area are great for sitting out and the guy who cleans the pool and cleans etc is english and nice to talk to. The Villa is owned by an English lady married to a spanish guy. She is easy to get in touch with. Hope it helps Dawn

I second what Dawn said, we stay at these villas too and have been numerous times now, i love it there! However it is best to book direct with the owner than to go through agents as their prices are higher than you pay booking direct. They also have October available for £395 per week!! we're seriously thinking of going back again this year as we're on a downer now our holiday has been and gone!
We have not long returned from the Calan Bruc villas, we couldn't get into the Waters Edge one for this year as it seems to book up over a year ahead but we stayed in the villa next door which was beautiful too. I have the contact details for the owner but not sure if it's allowed to post them on here? if you want them you can send me a private message and i'll pass on the details.

We have a villa in Binibeca, (sorry - it's actually overlooking Cala Torret, just along from Binibeca, but we generally advertise as Binibeca as the address is Binibeca Nou) sadly for sale now, but as the market is a little slow at the moment, we expect to be letting again next year.

Ours is under reference V004 with menorca gold - or pm me if you want me to send you a link to the website. I am too new to the forum to post links. Menorca gold have a good selection and the quality of maintenance/cleaning etc. is good but the rentals are not extortionate (even through them!)

I would guess that renting direct from an owner should save you around 20% on the advertised brochure price, depending on the season - high medium or low.
