If you’re ever curious about who you’ll be sat next to onboard your flight, now you can know for sure with our new Seat Plus.
It resolves the question by giving you the seat. All that extra space, comfort, and privacy is yours to enjoy however you decide. Want even more space? Then book a Seat Plus for each person in your group and get a whole row to yourselves.
Seat Plus is exclusive to Economy flyers, and there are many ways to enjoy it, all depending on who you’re travelling with…
Flying Solo
Stretch out throughout your flight with even more personal space. Whether you want more room to relax or focus on work, with Seat Plus you’ll keep all distractions at arm’s length. Oh, and that nice man with lots to say at the boarding gate… he’ll be talking to someone else.
Two’s company…
If you’re jetting off with someone special, with Seat Plus, you can make sure three is never a crowd. So why wait till your hotel to begin the romance, when you have all the snuggle space you could want on the plane (okay, not all the snuggle space…).
Family time
When travelling with children, you’ll love having more room to manoeuvre onboard your flight. Whether you use your extra seat to store their toys or snacks close at hand, or to let them have some proper naptime, you’re the one who’ll be flying stress free and easy all the way.
Stay together
Travelling in a group? Then why not split the cost of the seat next to you and guarantee the whole row to yourselves! Set the holiday vibe from the start, be free to banter in private about your holiday itinerary, and spread out or have extra room to share your sweets, magazines or gizmos!
Seat Plus is available up to 72 hours before your flight, and prices start from just £99*. So spread your wings and look forward to more on your next flight away.
interesting. I wonder how they make it clear it is not just an empty seat? We have all seen folks changing seats or sharing the empty one by bunging things on to it.
Thats why you should ALWAYS sit in the seat allocated, not grab one cos its empty
Nice way for them to make money out of half empty flight!!!

I wonder if the 'from' £99 means that seat plus seats will be in fare buckets like ordinary seats are? If so they may only have one or two seats at that price. If they expect a reasonable uptake they'd be losing a lot of potential money if they let lots go at that price, when they could be booked by people paying a 'full' fare.

They are only released 72 hour before flight, so I am assuming they will do it at the around the £99 as its better than the seating going 'empty' and not making any revenue.
Their website says "Seat Plus is available up to 72 hours before your flight", so inside 72 hours they cannot be booked.
I don't imagine they will be letting you bok an extra seat for £99 early and then turning away a full fare paying passenger.
Someone on another forums has been quoted £149 for a February flight.
Bet they word the t & cs so that they can grab the seat back if they are fully booked!!
