Smudger 2 has one if he is online. When you get into the visa site at each question there is a box that gives you helpful information.

My mistakes were getting the o and 0 mixed up on the reference for the web page when noting it down at the end, and not making a note of my passport number to track it later.

There is a forum dedicated to visa procedures that may help you.

I have an appointment in Edinburgh(home town) on Friday to hand in the application, so want it to be correct. The office's website states that the visa can be ready in 48 hours - hope so!

I shall leave this topic until Smudger see it. However any further questions regarding visas should be posted in the Visa sticky at the top of the forum. That is where I have merged your other questions.

However I'm a little confused. In one of your posts you say you are going in 2 weeks time, yet you are only going to hand in your application on Friday, which is only leaving a week to get it back. In another post you say you have applied for a 6 month double entry visa. Perhaps you meant that is what you are going to apply for.

Trying to change my appointment to Tuesday for handing in my visa forms. We can pick it back up in Edinburgh too. Says on the website that if we pick it uo in person it only takes 48 hours? We have just booked a last minute deal to Goa leaving 21st November but have also booked a holiday for next April to do the Golden Triange. So we have went for a 6 months visa with double entry. Want to get the visa form right first time, so we don't have any deals!
