I really wanted to PM someone who put a recent review about this hotel( when I had worked out how

They are bwfcboy, but perhaps others can help if they are not reading this thread.I am trying to find out what the access to the swimming pools is as I am disabled and cannot manage ordinary pool steps. If there is a beach type ent, slope or normal flight of steps with hand rail I am OK. I have emailed the hotel to ask if their pool is the same as the Viva Mallorca but they are not too sure.
If anyone can help it means the difference between going there or not
