It will really depend on the weaher/wind when you are there if it's available or not, if there's a strong wind blowing it won't be available on the other hand if you do get a really good week it should be avalable.

Just make sure you are covered by your travel insurance to do parasailing.

Llindy some insurance policy's allow parasailing as long as it's over water. If you are checking with your insurance company you should be aware that in pek you start off on the beach, then sail/fly (whatever you call it lol) then land on the beach when you are finished.
