Easy answer to that one Very Very Hot!Where are you staying?
It's no lie that Lindos can be up to 10 degrees hotter than other resorts on the Island. I have known the temperature reach the high 40's on the beach in August. All I can say is I hope you like it Hot!

as Louise said high 40's to low 50's centigrade and clear blue skies in Lindos during the day and 75/85 farenheit and pretty humid at night so A/C in accommodation is a godsend. sometimes in August you get the Meltemi breeze which can lull you into a false sense of how blistering the sun is so pack plenty of sun cream and enjoy

We went to Pefkos mid August last year and it was very hot , air conditioning was neccessary in the apartment.
Just slow yourself down , and enjoy it we had a fabulous time and never found it overpowering .

We are going to Ixia..Love the heat so should enjoy it

Ixia is on the west coast and there's normally a cooling breeze to keep the temperatures at a comfortable level. Believe me it will still be VERY HOT but you're definitely in the best place for August .
