We usually go the last week in May/first week in June. Fot the last two years, the weather has not been as good as it has been in the previous years. ( we go to the east coast rather than Albufeira). Even so, nothing is guaranteed anymore and you could have wonderful sunshine the whole time. This year we are going for the first 2 weeks in June.

ANd 9.5 times out of 10 the sunshine is guaranteed in The Algarve at that time of the year too!!!

Oh dear, for the past 2 years then, I have been for the other 0.5 times.......

Pat what im saying is that looking at the weather chart its very rare to have a bout of bad weather then,sunshine is not really guaranteed anywhere not even in the canaries:-) Hopefully fingers crossed next time you will be there in May you will get the 99.5% sunshine:-) Im out there from May the 9th so will see how it goes:-)
