I have become more and more crafty, as well, I now sneak it into the luggage, and when we get home the look on my husbands face is priceless.
Anything made to measure at the tailors...Keith
Cashew nuts, you can get a huge bag for a few rupees.
Forgot about cashews, also spices and fresh Vanilla Pods...
Moisturiser, lifting cream etc a fraction of the UK price
I also by anti dandruff shampoo - Nizoral cost £6.25 in Boots and less than £2.00 in Goa
incense sticks
biotique skin care products and shampoo
some nice kurtas
lots of books
and of course the cashew nuts and spices
Sorry but I could never restrict myself to one shop
Leather sandals (Mapusa Market).
Throws for the sofa/bed (Mapusa Market).
Silver rings/bangles from Tibetan Markets in Calangute.

I also buy lots of antihisimines to last me a year or so.
specs. £500 in Upminster and honestly the same in Goa for £160.
