We went 2 years ago for xmas & new year AI flying from Manchester and it cost us £1700 for 3 adults 2 kids, wasnt the best hotel but was ok for what we paid. Personally would never go back to the country but thats just me.

A lot of the hotels do put on special festivities and gala meals for Christmas, even complete with Santa Claus(sometimes arriving on a camel :lol:) Can't give you any advice on prices as a lot depends when you book and who you book with. If you look at Teletext p.264 you will see there are some very good offers around for this Christmas, but of course it would be rather pot luck for those leaving it until the last minute. I've never spent Christmas there myself, as I've got far too large a family here to be out of the UK at that time of year.

Cant say what it will be like this now, but we are flying out to tunisia three weeks sunday for christmas and new year and are really looking forward to it.

we paid 1,400 for both of us flying from glasgow to skanes staying at thallasa village complex all inclusive its our first time to tunisia.
