What requests should I make? (Louis Corcyra)

I usually e-mail the hotel asking for a low floor ect, but I believe this hotel has many little annexes and 2 main buildings?
We usually opt for a main building low floor but don't want to be facing a brick wall. But I don't want to pay supplements (not tight but we are nosey

)
Any suggestions from those who know the building layout?
Also do they have the pool towel system here?

OOP's ! Sorry. I thought that was another name. There certainly appears
to be no argument about it in Hotel reviews. And the resort reports seem
to be mainly favourable. Never been to Gouvia myself, so can't pass
judgement. Hope you enjoy.
