Would somebody please have a word with who ever to organize scorching hot temperatures form Monday onwards.

It looks good enough next week? Mid 70's with no rain forecast, would swap it for here any day.
Which forecast are you looking at ? All the ones I look at say rain from Thursday ?

The weather is very localised and lot of forecasts use the North of the island. I always use http://www.wunderground.com and type in Tenerife Sur, assuming you are staying in the South of course.
