what factor do you normally use? do you burn or tan easily?
don't forget the canaries are pretty warm and get the sun most of the year.

HI thanks for reply ali,
I usually start with a factor 15 then work my way down.
Also if you can help me could you tell me what it is like of a night will i need a little jacket? normaly i don't.

i would stick with your normal factors.
as for what to wear at night, when i went in middle of feb i found i didn't need a jacket as i don't really feel the cold, but it might be wise to take a cardie or a light fleece just in case.

hi carole just got back tuesday it was red hot i was told theres a heatwave this week i got burnt on the first day so take a high factor it gets chilly on a night wich accomadtion are you staying in :lol:

lets hope it stays nice for us, don't know what appartments we are in as we are we are going allocated on arrival always do never had a bad one! fingers crossed it stays that way, aslong as it has a bed thats all i care about. carole
