hi all
we went to the old town albuferia last year & on a morning we went walking along the beach from our hotel (rocamar) passed sol e mar & would eventually come to another big hotel on the sea front. i could have sworn about 4 or 5 years ago it was run down so looks like it has been renovated
anyway does anyone know the name of it?

I think it's the Inatel building. I'm not sure but I think it used to be something like a council or state-run holiday place for Portuguese workers and it was in a poor state, but it has now been done up and has just re-opened. Google doesn't really help so I don't know whether it's up and running as a hotel. Perhaps someone else knows a bit more.
No, it's not a hotel, just a snack bar as far as I know.
