Hi Everyone,
We have purchased a apartment in Golden Sands which should be complete early October, Whats the weather like that time of year, and would we be able to rent it out or does Golden Sands shut down!!!
Hi nburnh, Bulgarian construction rarely meets the planned completion dates, also the resorts in October have all but closed down, i think you would be safer to wait until its complete, then rent it out for the following year. Paul.
