We are booked into the 4 bedroom in August this year, and I beleive someone has already booked the 3 bedroom for most if not all of August (we originally booked that one, but he asked if we would mind being upgraded to the 4 bed - like erm!).

Both villas are just off the 192 also. We stayed in Clermont last year and this is very very close to Disney compared to that - about 5 minutes to the gates.

If you do book with him, tell him Dave Page sent you (I said is I got the chance I would recommend him, not stayed there yet but he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with).

Oh, and both have wheel in Shower rooms too.
