Zante and Xanthi are two totally different places (Xanthi is actually pronounced more like "candy" in Greek). Zante is an island in Western Greece and Xanthi is a city on the North East mainland. I dare say you'll find that the island of Zante has its own football team, but it won't be Xanthi FC.

Thanks everyone. I now know that Zante and Xanthi are two different places (Doh!) The BBC are to blame as when listing the draw for the EUFA cup they did initially list down Xanthi as Zante causing this simpleton some confusion !!
