We are looking at going abroad for the first time, we are a couple with 3 young children, I have found a good deal on xl which is all inclusive at playa blanca in the hotel club playa blanca, it works out around £500 cheaper than any other equivalent hotel, only I can't find any reviews - so I'm very dubios!!

So where in Lanzarote in October would you recommend, and how expensive are meals etc if we decided to go self catering?
