We really liked Xlendi Bay when we went for a day trip to Gozo from Malta in February this year.

Very small place with some apartments right on the edge of the sea, with a few pavement cafes and bars around the small bay. Not too much else though but nowhere is far on Gozo. There was a hotel that had a tunnel going up to it from the walkway through the cliff side.
