Oh yes - it is an excellent position for a bus route! All you need to do is walk across Clennon Valley ( a large grassed area) and it will take you to the bus stop - the beach is staright across the road too.
It is also nearby the Goodrington Steam Railway which does a lovely trip to Dartmouth.
You will not go wrong with this position.
