Hi. Which resort is it?

Hi, All of the Fiesta Hotels in Playa den Bossa are good, especially if your son is into sport. Also the waterpark is there too. Karen

Depends on what you are looking for if it is a place where there is a plethora of entertainment then you would ber better in Playa den bossa as Cala Llonga is a far quieter type of holiday. The Playa Dorada is one of the big hotels in Cala Llonga along with its sister the Playa Imperial both of whom have entertainment but on alternate nights. There are also a few little bars along the main road, which is not the long, and also some local shops. One thing is the restaurants in Cala Llonga are very good and give you value for money well thye did a few years ago.

I cannot comment too much on Playa den Bossa as I have never stayed there although I have passed through it a copuple of times and like I said earlier if you want the buzz then this would be the place to go.

Well I have stayed in the Dorada in Cala Llonga and it was nice, we had our 13 yr old daughter with us. However there isn't much to keep teens ebtertained all day there unless your son just likes the pool or sea during the day.
There was entertainment in the hotel every night, which we enjoyed.

We have also been to Playa Den Bossa twice, once in apartments and then last year in a Fiesta hotel. (Bahamas Beach Club).

I think the Algarb would be a better choice as it is in a more lively resort with more choice of things for your son to do. As the previos post said the water park is in Playa Den Bossa and there is Club Fiestaland which has loads of sporting activities belongs to Fiesta Hotels.
