Hi
I need advice on which resort to go to and hope someone can give me some advice please.
I am a wheelchair user and need somwhere flat, perhaps with a nice promenade and decent pavements. Also can anyone suggest any nice self catering apts? somewhere without loads of steps everywhere. We are a family of 4,dont really mind which resort as long as I can get around and into resturants etc.
Thanks
Shaz
Cala Bona and Cala Millor would be good for a wheelchair. They are flat and its only a short distance from one to the other (about 10 mins). There are plenty of restaurants, cafe's and bars along the front that are suitable (i.e. no steps). I would say the majority of the pavements are in really good condition, and are probably quite newly laid. Round the harbour in Cala Bona is definitely very good condition.
Sorry, I can't recommend any self catering apts that would be suitable as I haven't stayed in any. I'm sure the review section or another member would be able to though.
There are quite a few posts on here about Cala Bona and Cala Millor, so have a read through those as they will give you a better idea as to whether it would be your kind of place.
Louise
