I have driven to Mount Teidi many times, but I thought I might try a different route to usual.
What is the road via Guia de Isora like.Is it best to go via Chirche or Chio.
My normal routes are Granadilla or Vilaflor. But the wife doesnt like the twisty narrow roads these ways.It doesnt bother me.
not sure on the routes really, i went the same as you, then go on down the other side and take TF1 back to the south, but if you have a tomtom, just put in a alternative route
Its a little further before you start the climb but its worth it for the different views and scenery and the road is a lot less twisting with more straight roads, then you can go down the usual way to Los Cristianos, where its easier to drive down than up, Im sure you would enjoy the route
