I tend to use travelrepublic which gives a list of all flights to where ever you want to go. Highly recommended and easier to find a flight rather than trawling through different websites. Reasonable as well.

Go to the Cardiff and/or Bristol airport sites, and put in your destination, they will then list the carriers who fly your particular route.

you could also try airline network as they will tell you which airlines you could fly with.
