The resort is a horseshoe bay, where you are staying in on one bend of it?? The whole resort is walkable in 10-15 mins.

There is a regular bus service.

The island is very very easy to drive, one road straight up the middle with branches off to each resort!!!

whiite sands is right on the beach and close to bars and restaurants. The resort is quiet but there is a bus into the capital and then on to other parts of the island and to fornells though its a bit time consuming.. You can get by without a car unless you want to explore more remote areas!

From Arenal you can get a bus to mahon. and I think 1 a day to Fornells, and 1 back!!!!

Yes, sunbeds and parasols are expensive on the beach, go to a supermarket and buy them, they are so much cheaper.

Good idea to buy your own.Think I will do that.

18 Euro for 2 sun beds and a umbrella apparently.

take a towel and spend 18 Euro on your lunch instead !
