we have been with first choice loads of times and never had any probs even when we've changed our holiday to somewhere else they didnt have a prob doing it.
Or try eclipse direct who are part of first choice and sometimes abit cheaper. We go with them all the time and never encountered any problems as yet 
we normally go to lanzarote with http://www.directholidays.co.uk. been on a few holidays with this company and never had any problems.
Definatly a First Choice and an Eclipse customer too. Find their planes much better too 
We had a few problems with the agents used to go to Turkey last year

Sorry, should have made myself clear. I meant tour operator. We went to Turkey with Gold trail and I certainly wouldn't use them again.
I think you need to specify what you feel you expect.
Do you want a rep that organises tours and spoon feeds you with information? Do you want to be left alone? Do you merely want the plane to be on time and the hotel to be as described?
