Went to Goa in March (for the hundreth time!), Eurodisney (working hol), a weekend in London and off to Kalamaki Zante on 18 June (haven't been to Greece since 1996) then hopefully Thailand,Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos in November/December (instead of Goa), probably Goa March 2010.

Well I've broken the habit of a lifetime, after 30+ years of going to my beautiful Greek islands this year we have decided to go to Turkey, to Side, I will let you know what the hotel and resort are like, however my heart will be with you as you fly off to Greece, it's weird going to unexplored territory!!

i love turkey, been going there since 1997 - it took over from greece. i'm sure you'll love it. i'm only going to zante cos my son's a rep there.
well that's the packing done 
.off to airport 4.00am tomorrow and hopefully will have our first look at kefalonia around lunch time. looking forward to a great fortnight. hope everyone else enjoys their holiday when the time comes.

We are off to Zakynthos on 31st July for two weeks on a two centre holiday - Kalamaki and Alykanas. Not been to either resort before, but we were in Tsilivi a few years ago, and had a great holiday.
We were in Naxos and Santorini last year. Loved both islands, and hope to be able to return some time again.
I'm very jealous of those of you who can get away on 2+ holidays a year!! Can't see us ever managing it. Ah sure, just have to make the most of the one I suppose

Turkey taken over from Greece - never!!! Maybe more people are going to Turkey because it's cheaper but IMHO Greece is far better and I would rather patronise the Greeks. Having said that, after this year in Nidri, Lefkas, we might be giving Greece a miss next year
