who joins the spanish power walking / jogging 1st thing

Does anyone notice the spanish power walking and jogging early in the morning, and thinks mmm should I go do that...im a fitness finatic, and always think should I go join them..you see 100s of em down the sea front.. and take there dogs with them...good on the spanish for gettin up at a godly hour to do that..love watching it from hotel balcony..but one day while away im gunna join them..

Might be the only time in the day cool enough without the light fading ......

Hubby goes for a jog most mornings. It's surprising the amount of people that are about and he comes back with some good tales

i see them regularly in lloret de mar walking/jogging on the promenade at fenals beach.
they also have outdoor fitness machines just behind the promenade which are used regularly by all ages.
they seem to be particularly well used by pensioners.
i find it very tiring watching them go through their routines :sun2
