Here is the 30 year history of Corfu weather. As you can see, the rain in July usually ranges from 0 to 7mm. I do hope the place doesn't turn into a copy of the Sahara Desert. Rain is a gift.

I'm sure you will be fine in July. I've been to Corfu twice. Scorching when we went end of July and came back with a lovely tan when we went at the start of the season in May -eventhough we had some rain. Relax and enjoy
