"Everywhere" is somewhat ambitious. There are many hotels that offer it (within a restricted range), you would need to check before booking. Also there are many bars/cafes that offer it for the price of a drink.

along palma nova beach is free wi -fi.if it was me i would not take any laptop away with me,your on your hols.no matter what its for.internet cafe does me if i have to log on.

I used my phone in quite a few bars in Palma Nova, For some reason I could never obtain the address for the beach! The McDonalds was very good though!

The best option I found for internet 24hours in Spain is a service called tripneter. It´s very easy and handy. You can rent a portable router wifi and use internet in your phone, your laptop... Cuz is a pocket wifi, is a small device so you can take it with you everywhere. The price and the service are OK, I did´t have any complain back then.
