Do you know if any of the supermarkets are open on Christmas Eve? AlCampo, Hyperdino etc, etc?

We arrive in the early hours of 23rd and did now want to go over Xmas with no food

You will even find a few open on Christmas day. Remember not everyone celebrates christmas day.The Spanish big day is three kings in january

also, you may find things go very quiet in the evening of 24th. TAxis almost impossible to get as they also celebrate Christmas Eve evening more than we do
