I know this bar pretty well and yes it is up for sale you are right.

When Estate Agents put a propety on their books they build a commission into the selling price, this is true. Otherwise how would they make a living? Normally it is the seller that pays the commission to the Estate Agent and not the buyer.

If you are thinking of buying this bar, as with any property purchase, dont forget to use a good solicitor.
