it isn't quite complete yet. however the plan is to make it serviceable and complete it after the holiday season. the costa sur is the last hotel on the strip.
The pavements have all been completed, they were just finishing off putting some shaded seating area up when we were there last week, new pavement stretches from Costa Sur hotel down to El Pins, this is all one way traffic now comig up the road to get back to San An you need to go down top road past sumo Supermarket. Noticed this year that there were very few motor bikes around out and about, not sure what the reason is but it was much better then last year noice wise.
