Hello All

We are booked to go to the Grand Makadi from 24th Feb to 10th March and looking forward to our first holiday in 4 years!!

We got a letter from Airtours this morning saying that the pool at the hotel will be closed and renovated from 25th Jan to 25th Feb. Work is taking place from 10.30h to 18.00 every day. Hopefully this will not over run so we won't be inconvenienced, but there may be someone out there who isn't aware.

Airtours' letter, in a roundabout way, says that we could transfer to another holiday, but we are going to stay with our original plans. The majority of the reviews I have seen seem to say this a great place to recharge life's batteries, which is what we both need.
