Im in Australia just now on a one year working holiday visa. He definitely needs to do it through the Australian Immigration website. Theres step by step instructions of how he goes about it and what he needs to do in order to get it. Going through an agency will only cost him more money. The web address is http://www.immi.gov.au.

thanks alot glasgow yep he done it last night i didnt trust the other one it cost him 90 quid from the australian government site hope your enjoying your trip there you may bump into him being a mum im a bit stressed by it all i know it must be a fantastic thing to do and wouldnt mind doing it myself lol just hope he keeps safe many thanks for the replys on both posts and i will give him the flight info you gave me too take care
