Hi, I am happy to advise you on Florida. I bought 2 condos last year and rental is good all year which is a big plus and also people do not wreck the places as out all day at parks and eating out. I bought for $129,000 and now worth $195,000 in 8 months. It is good to buy out there. Only extra cost is flights are expensive.
