What great customer service!

I normally book hotel and theatre tickets independently but when we had a large group travelling, i booked a theatre package with a hotel group i've used in London http://www.grangehotels.com

I have also used http://www.londontheatreboxoffice.net and i know they do packages but i've only used them for discount (late availabilty) tickets.

I don't know why they wouldn't tell you the cheapest times to travel (seems very strange) but weekend rates are generally better for London hotels. If budget is a problem you're better booking independently as most theatre packages include top price seats, i often use http://www.theatremonkey.com to see which seats offer best value for money.

I booked a show with a 5star hotel in London with the site http://www.superbreaks.com. We received first class service, and the tickets came through in no time at all. I looked at the hotel and tickets seperatly, but found it to be dearer than superbreaks.

Give them a try :P

I've just read this post through for the second time and I still can't believe my eyes. The problem is that I've just had a superb experience having booked a short break in London with Clare from London Breaks.

We had an amazing time and I sincerely appreciate the hard work that went into making the trip so effortless! The accommodation was lovely, we'd mentioned we love the traditional style hotels and this was exactly what we got, plus the location couldn't have been better, just a few minutes walk from the theatre.

The Children enjoyed The Lion King and our seats were fantastic. This was the first theatre experience for the family which made it extra special.

We have already booked our next trip for December when we will see Oliver.

Once again, I would like to stress that my experience seems to be a total opposite to the one described above and I can only guess that being as it was 2004 customer services at the company has moved on light-years.

I would like to thanks the London Breaks team for a memorable trip.

Can I ask your involvement with Encore Tickets as that is where you appear to be posting from?

We prefer all reviews and views on this website to be unbiased.

Encore supply the tickets for londonbreaks.

they do more than that!

I've done a whois enquiry on londonbreaks.com and it shows their administrative contact has an email address @encoretix.co.uk

If you go to encoretix.co.uk it diverts you to encoretickets.co.uk

The Contacts page of that site gives a postal address which is the one shown on Londonbreaks' site and a phone number which is that shown for admin in Londonbreaks' whois register!!!

And is it just a coincedence that Billets is French for tickets????

I think you have other recommendations to look at now. ;)

I haven't had experience with that company, but it sounds like a good deal. Does anyone here usually book theatre packages or do you sometimes book the meal/hotel seperately to the theatre ticket?
