Never stayed there or anything, but have walked past these apartments many times. They look okay to me and a 10 minute walk will see you at the beach, so handily located.

which part of marmaris are these apartments in? are they nr the market, nearer to Icmeler or the other side of marmaris?

I stayed here last year, we loved the apartments. They are very basic but fine.The pool area never got packed there was always plenty sunbeds.
If you know Marmaris.... the aparts are right beside Atrium aparts/Hotel, bar Havana. Its about 10-15 mins walk down to the beach.

They are nearer to the market than the Icmeler end.

We stayed in xanthos apartments last june and didnt rate them the balcony doors didnt lock which is essential with young children,the door handle was broken,no kettle in self catering room (said they didn't provide them,the lamp in bedroom had sparks coming from it and toilet broken we asked to move rooms but they just came and repaired the door handle and toilet,brought us kettle then we were ignored because we complained.

Brownetts, I stayed at Xanthos last September. Rooms basic but clean. On checking everything I didn't have a kettle and also the balcony door didn't close properly. I reported these to reception and both were sorted within half an hour. No complaints whatsoever, staff friendly, swimming pool great. Great situation too, only 10 mins walk from the beach.

Has anyone stayed in the Xanthos apartments in marmaris ?

hiya, 2 friends of mine stayed here, although it was 4 yrs ago they liked it. the rooms were spacious and clean. the pool area nice too. hope this helps a little
